SS Digital Labs operates https://ss-digital-labs.com. There is no registered company name or tax ID yet. The controller is the person running the studio, at sadhucaveroegusquiza@gmail.com and WhatsApp +51 958 987 287.

This page will be updated when a legal entity is incorporated.

2. Data we collect

Contact and brief forms: name, email, message, and the brief fields you submit.

Minimal server logs (IP, user-agent) for security and rate limiting.

No public user accounts. The internal brief panel is not indexed.

3. Purpose

To reply to commercial enquiries and follow up on projects. We do not sell lists. There is no live newsletter.

4. Retention and processors

Messages are emailed (Resend) to the studio inbox and kept as long as needed for the relationship or legal duties.

Hosting/DNS: the production hosting provider.

5. Rights

Ask for access, correction, or deletion at sadhucaveroegusquiza@gmail.com. Peru Law 29733 and ARCO rights where they apply.
